I’ve encountered various perspectives on AI and its ability to write code, and it appears that it can do so exceptionally well - sometimes even surpassing the capabilities of many programmers.
This raises a crucial question: Will software engineers become obsolete in the future?
It’s essential to recognize that a human touch is still indispensable. A human being with expertise and experience is (still) required to validate the accuracy of the code generated by AI.
Even if the AI consistently produces flawless code, who would be willing to take the risk of deploying it directly to production without human oversight?
